The Culinary Canvas The kitchens at Radiant serve as the heart of the home, featuring a signature soft-blue glass tile backsplash that reflects the light of the East River. Paired with custom light-oak cabinetry and integrated high-end appliances, the design is clean, functional, and visually luminous.

Architectural Bathrooms The bathrooms represent a masterclass in geometric precision. Paris Forino has utilized:

• Dimensional Tiling: Large-scale white square tiles meet custom geometric floor patterns, creating a rhythmic, spa-like atmosphere.

• Bespoke Vanities: Warm wood vanities with marble tops and curved edges offer a soft touch to the crisp, clean lines of the walk-in showers and soaking tubs.

• Signature Hardware: Matte gold and brass accents provide a jewelry-like finish to the most private spaces in the home.
