AIDI Celebrates At Radiant LIC And Northern Gala

Festive cheer was in the air throughout Friday, May 15, when the American International Development and Innovation Associ­ation (AIDI) NYC Chapter held a welcome lunch at Radiant LIC (24-01 Queens Plaza N, Long Island City) before moving the party over to the Northern Gala (138-18 Northern Blvd, Flushing) on May 15, 2026.


The two-part event brought together real estate development, finance, and investment professionals for industry presentations and networking opportunities with a particular spotlight on global collaboration and cross-border real estate prospects. Bottles of champagne were popped at Radiant LIC at 12:30 PM at Radiant LIC Condominiums. Radiant LIC is currently building new lux­ury condos with luxe finishes, along with indoor and outdoor amenities, including a pool table, outdoor grill, and a golf simu­lation area. Long Island City’s newest residential building is rap­idly being created by real estate developer New Empire Group.




Celebrations continued into the evening as people gathered inside the Northern Gala in Flushing. Attendees were on their feet for a rendition of “The Star-Spangled Banner” before enjoying an endless array of elaborate dinner options. No one left hungry.

 

“Once again, I extend my deepest gratitude to our founding team for their selfless dedication, and to the chapters in every city for their close collaboration,” said Andy Jiang, Founding Chair­man of AIDI, in the program’s greeting message. “In closing, I wish you all a wonderful and inspiring evening here in New York.”
