New Empire Corp. is an execution-oriented and civic-minded development and construction management firm dedicated to design and build mid-rise residential and mixed-use projects in New York City. With roots dating back in 1997, we have renovated and built over 100 residential multifamily projects throughout New York City.

We pride ourselves in being a “one-stop” impact developer who takes the time to collaborate with investors and partners, offer first-hand expertise, and oversee construction management throughout the entire development process. We streamline and adopt the ‘design-build’ approach, using internal subsidiaries to acquire, budgeting, design, engineer, finance, develop, and promote each project we built from begin to end.

We understand that time is a valued commodity, our experienced in-house construction team will inform you of budget in real time, while minimizing the need for plan amendments and future architectural and construction change orders – a major cause of delays and cost overruns during the construction process, thus expediting the work progress significantly and making it cost-effective.

We are making a connection back to the natural world while also creating a luxury living experience of comfort and warmth.  Every New Empire project has a contemporary design and well-suited amenities including, ceiling to floor triple-pane windows, white oak floors, touch-less technologies like smart-lock entry doors designed by Avenue Studio as well as gyms, lounges, rooftop decks, all while being a comfortable walk from subway stations.
