New Empire Corp., a leading New York-based development and construction management firm, announces the groundbreaking of 757 Flatbush Avenue, a nine-story luxury condominium development in Brooklyn’s vibrant Flatbush neighborhood. The 140,000-square-foot building represents a significant addition to one of Brooklyn’s most historic and culturally rich areas, strategically positioned at the convergence of Prospect Lefferts Gardens, Windsor Terrace, and Flatbush. Sales will be represented by One Realty Global.

Located between Clarkson Avenue and Lenox Road, the development spans 131 residential units ranging from studio to three bedrooms, many featuring private balconies offering views of nearby Prospect Park and the Manhattan skyline. The 85-foot-tall structure has been thoughtfully designed by Morali Architecture to complement the neighborhood’s architectural heritage while introducing contemporary luxury living standards.
The building’s comprehensive amenities curated by acclaimed interior designer Paris Forino include a state-of-the-art fitness center with, sauna, and yoga studio, golf simulator, lounge, a professional business center, and children’s playroom. Over 27 private parking spaces address the practical needs of residents, while 125 feet of ground-floor retail frontage along Flatbush Avenue will contribute to the area’s thriving commercial landscape, with potential restaurant space enhancing the neighborhood’s dining scene.

“757 Flatbush Avenue represents the continued evolution and growth of this distinct Brooklyn neighborhood,” said Ellen Qian, Principal Broker at One Realty Global. “Future residents will be drawn to the building’s proximity to Prospect Park, the convenience of nearby subway access, and the rich cultural fabric of Little Caribbean dining establishments and local attractions like Kings Theatre.”
The pet-friendly residences feature floor-to-ceiling windows, open-concept layouts, and sophisticated finishes. Each apartment boasts custom cabinetry, premium appliances, and refined bathroom fixtures that create an atmosphere of understated luxury and modern comfort.
Strategically positioned near the Parkside Avenue Q train station and Winthrop Street 2/5 trains, residents enjoy convenient access to Manhattan within twenty minutes. The location also provides easy access to recreational amenities including Prospect Park, the Kensington Dog Run, and the vibrant Little Caribbean cultural corridor.
The development site, which encompasses 757 Flatbush Avenue along with adjacent properties at 761-765 Flatbush Avenue and 21 Lenox Road, was acquired by New Empire Corp. in October 2022 for $18 million. The project required the thoughtful redevelopment of five adjacent one-story commercial buildings, demonstrating the company’s commitment to neighborhood revitalization.
The groundbreaking at 757 Flatbush Avenue comes on the heels of New Empire Corp’s topping off at Radiant in Long Island City at nearly 40% sold, and the recent record-breaking contract at their Centric condominium in Sunnyside East, Queens.
The project is scheduled for completion in Q3 2027.
“We are excited to break ground on 757 Flatbush Avenue, which will bring sophisticated, modern living to this dynamic Brooklyn neighborhood,” said Bentley Zhao, Chairman and CEO of New Empire Corp. “This development reflects our commitment to creating exceptional residential experiences that honor the character of established neighborhoods while providing the amenities and quality that today’s discerning buyers seek.”
