Three months after “New York State on PAUSE” took effect, New York City started reopening in June and construction projects are now back on track. At New Empire, we are strictly following the reopening guidelines and taking extra precautions to ensure the safety of our construction sites. Our Lower East Side condo project at 208 Delancey Street is resuming its construction activities in the foundation stage.
