New Empire Corp. celebrates Radiant topping out at 40% leased

Queens, NY Radiant, Long Island City’s newest luxury condominium, celebrated its topping out with nearly 40% in contract. Long Island City’s newest architecturally-significant building is developed by New Empire Corp., a New York-based development and construction management firm building top-quality residential projects all throughout the city. Radiant is designed by award-winning architect ODA with resident amenity spaces and apartment interiors enriched by interior designer Paris Forino.
