New Empire Corp., a leading New York-based developer, has officially broken ground on 757 Flatbush Avenue, a nine-story luxury condominium designed by Morali Architecture with interiors by Paris Forino. Located between Clarkson Avenue and Lenox Road, the 140,000-square-foot development will introduce 131 residences ranging from studios to three bedrooms, many with private balconies offering views of Prospect Park and the Manhattan skyline. Sales are being handled by One Realty Global.

The amenity-rich building will feature a state-of-the-art fitness center complete with a sauna and yoga studio, a golf simulator, resident lounge, business center, and children’s playroom. Over 27 private parking spaces and 125 feet of ground-floor retail frontage along Flatbush Avenue — with potential restaurant space — will further enhance the neighborhood’s thriving streetscape. Steps from the Parkside Avenue Q train and Winthrop Street 2/5 trains, residents will enjoy quick access to Manhattan along with the cultural vibrancy of Little Caribbean dining spots and entertainment landmarks like Kings Theatre.

Acquired in 2022 for $18 million, the development replaces five one-story commercial buildings in a strategic revitalization of the area. The project follows New Empire Corp.’s topping off at Radiant in Long Island City and a record-breaking contract at Centric in Sunnyside East, Queens, with completion slated for Q3 2027.
