Brooklyn, NY New Empire Corp, together with Morali Architecture and One Realty Global, celebrated the recent groundbreaking of 757 Flatbush Ave. with New York City council members, bringing 131 residences in a nine-story luxury condominium to the Flatbush community. The 140,000 s/f building represents a significant addition to one of the most historic and culturally rich areas, strategically positioned at the convergence of Prospect Lefferts Gardens, Windsor Terrace, and Flatbush. Sales will be represented by One Realty Global.


Located between Clarkson Ave. and Lenox Rd., the development spans 131 residential units ranging from studio to three bedrooms, many featuring private balconies offering views of nearby Prospect Park and the Manhattan skyline. The 85-ft.-tall structure has been designed by Morali Architecture to complement the neighborhood’s architectural heritage while introducing contemporary luxury living standards.


The building’s amenities curated by interior designer Paris Forino include a fitness center with, sauna, and yoga studio, golf simulator, lounge, a professional business center, and children’s playroom. The project is scheduled for completion in Q3 2027.
