LIC luxury condominium Radiant receives temporary certificate of occupancy

The luxury condominium Radiant, located at 24-01 Queens Plaza N. in Long Island City, announced it has received a temporary certificate of occupancy (TCO) from the New York City Department of Buildings on Tuesday, July 7.
This significant landmark for the property certifies that the building is now safe for occupancy in accordance with applicable codes. As a result, buyers can now start closing on their properties and begin moving in.
Radiant was designed by ODA and developed by the development and construction management firm New Empire Corp. Paris Forino designed the interior of the building. Sales of units for the Radiant are being handled by the Bethoney Shen Team at Nest Seekers International and co-exclusive brokerage One Realty Global.

Radiant has 117 residential units across 19 floors. They range in size from studios to three-bedroom units.
