The project is located at Queens Plaza, directly across from the Queensboro Bridge and sits on the corner of Queens Plaza North and 24th Street. There are seven subway lines (E,M,R,F,N,W&7) within a few block radius and only one stop to Manhattan.

The building will house 117 condominium units ranging from studios up to two-bedrooms. The amenity offerings will include a penthouse resident lounge, communal outdoor spaces, on-site parking, and a fitness center. The lower levels of the building will also house an unspecified commercial volume.

 

The building exhibits ODA’s signature style with dozens of recessed balconies and cantilevered floors. Unlike other projects from ODA, the project features sweeping curved corners, giving the massing a unique modern appearance.
